Return window

You may request a return or exchange for any reason within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact us with your order number to begin.

Free return method

For approved returns, we provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return method. There is no restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate refund or replacement.

Refund timing

After a returned item is received and inspected, we process approved refunds to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers usually need an additional 5–10 business days to show the funds.

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
